These terms and conditions (the &#8220;Terms&#8221;) govern your access to and use of our email services (the &#8220;Services&#8221;). <\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph wp-block-paragraph\">Please read these Terms carefully before using CyParks Email Services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph wp-block-paragraph\">2. <strong>Definitions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Account:<\/strong> An account created for you on CyParks Email Services to access and use the Services.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>User Content:<\/strong> Any text, images, videos, or other information that you upload, post, or otherwise transmit through the Services.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Services:<\/strong> The email services provided by CyParks Email Services, including but not limited to sending and receiving emails, managing email lists, and creating email campaigns.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>User:<\/strong> Any individual or entity that uses the Services.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph wp-block-paragraph\">3.<strong> Acceptance of Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph wp-block-paragraph\">3.1. <strong>Eligibility:<\/strong> You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services. You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to, the following:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list wp-block-list\" style=\"\">\n<li>Send emails containing unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racist, or otherwise objectionable content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Send unsolicited bulk or commercial messages (&#8220;spam&#8221;).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Harvest contact information from our Services for the purpose of sending unsolicited messages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Send emails containing code that may be harmful, such as malware or viruses.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on our Services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use our Services for illegal activities, such as illegal drugs, gambling, terrorism, or political extremism.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Infringe the intellectual property or other proprietary rights of CyParks or third parties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list wp-block-list\" start=\"5\" style=\"\">\n<li><strong>User Content<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph wp-block-paragraph\">You are solely responsible for any content you upload, post, email, store, transmit or otherwise make available via our Services (&#8220;User Content&#8221;). You represent and warrant you have all rights necessary to upload or transmit User Content and that it does not violate any law or these Terms. We have no obligation to monitor User Content. However, we have the right to review, block, or remove User Content at any time if we deem it objectionable or in violation of these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph wp-block-paragraph\">2.4. <strong>Email Address Usage:<\/strong> You may only use email addresses that have been approved by CyParks Email Services to send emails. Unauthorized use of email addresses, including those ending with our domain name &#8220;CyParks.com,&#8221; is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph wp-block-paragraph\">2.5. <strong>Unlimited Subscribers:<\/strong> While we do not impose limits on the number of subscribers, you must manage your subscriber list effectively and ensure compliance with these Terms and any relevant data protection laws.<\/p>\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list wp-block-list\" start=\"6\" style=\"\">\n<li><strong>Account Suspension or Termination<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph wp-block-paragraph\">We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services immediately if we determine:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list wp-block-list\" style=\"\">\n<li>You have violated these Terms, applicable law, or engaged in illegal or improper use of our Services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complaints exceeding 3% in your account. Accounts exceeding this threshold may be subject to suspension or banning at our discretion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are sending emails from addresses not approved by us or containing our domain name without authorization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph wp-block-paragraph\">6.1. <strong>Account Termination<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, with or without cause, at any time. In case of account termination, you may lose access to your data and content. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our Support team.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph wp-block-paragraph\">7.<strong> Payment and Billing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph wp-block-paragraph\">7.1. <strong>Pricing and Fees:<\/strong> CyParks Email Services may charge fees for certain features and services. These fees are specified on our website and are subject to change. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph wp-block-paragraph\">9. <strong>Modifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right to modify these Terms by posting an updated version at any time. By continuing to use our Services after a modification, you agree to the updated Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph wp-block-paragraph\">10<strong>.
