Considering Committing Suicide, Read
This Article First!

"If you just think a little
bit more, you will not die" those were words of wisdom translated by our Chinese
tour guide to our tour group when we visited a beautiful scenic spot "Sun Moon
Lake" in Taiwan. These words of wisdom were carved onto a stone and placed at a
spot where many people have committed suicide before. We don't really know how
many lives this stone has saved because the tour guide told us that many who
wanted to commit suicide changed their mind after reading those words!
All it takes is one strong
positive thought to turn your life around! If you are now depressed and
considering suicide, please read this article and share it with people who are
experiencing depression too because of business or relationship "failures" or
some problems they feel there are no solutions!
Do not self pity yourself
because there are many people in worse situations. There was a man who
complained he had no shoes until he saw a man with no feet! Start finding thing
to be grateful for, there are lots of things you can be grateful for and work
with the Law of Gratitude which is the Law of Abundance, you get more of what
you are grateful for. Learn to appreciate the simple things in life and get into
the feeling of being appreciative and grateful because then you will attract
good things to you!
Whatever is your religious
beliefs, use the power of prayers to give you strength and hope.
Think of ways you can show
some kindness, think of others and you may read this short prayer that will help
you get away from self pity and focus on helping people: "May all sentient
beings have happiness and its causes May all sentient being be free of suffering
and its causes May all sentient beings never be separated from sorrowless bliss
May all sentient beings abide in equanimity, free of bias, attachment and anger"
The following short prayer
will help you identify the causes of suffering and help you to understand that
you are not alone, everyone will suffer sickness, old age and in time to come,
death, so you have to stop focusing on your difficulties and start thinking of
solutions and how you can make life better for other people! "May all worldly
activities caused by the three poisons of greed, hatred and ignorance such as
fighting and despising be defeated. May all sentient beings be liberated from
the worldly ocean of calamities brought about by the stormy waves of birth,
sickness, old age and death."
Love and wisdom is your key
to happiness and success. Focus your mind on love and speak to wise people
especially spiritual teachers who will give you the right perspective on life
and inspire you to get out of your difficulties, become a better person and to
be in a position to inspire and help other people!
Start having compassion for
others because there are many people suffering worldwide and they need your
help, you got to be strong and get out of your difficulties so you can help
them.
According to the U.N.
report, about 400,000 women and children are believed to be sexually exploited
in India, between 244,000 and 325,000 in the U.S., 200,000 in Thailand, 175,000
in eastern and central Europe, 100,000 in Brazil and 35,000 in West Africa.
There are hundreds of thousands of women and children being exploited and their
lives ruined because they were forced into prostitution!
There are babies starving
and dying from hunger. One person can make a big difference, think of what
Mother Theresa did in the streets of Calcutta. Think of what Albert Schweitzer
did in Africa. There are a lot of good things you can do to make this world a
better place and that is why the world needs you!
You may be experiencing an
extremely tough situation that could cause you to consider committing suicide or
you think there is no solution at all or no way out! There will always be a
solution to every problem and because you have a creative mind and you seek help
from another creative mind, you create a mastermind! Through the "mastermind"
you will discover more than one solution! It is the nature of things that when
there is a problem there will be a solution and there cannot be a way in without
a way out! There are no "failures", the only failure is to give up on life or to
give up on your dreams!
Many successful people that
you admire have gone through failures and challenges that are much tougher or
more complicated than what you are experiencing now! But they didn't give up on
life or their dreams, they kept on going and looking for solutions and look upon
their failures as learning experiences that made them stronger and wiser!

There are many successful
businessmen who went through bankruptcies and recovered through sheer courage,
tenacity and positive thinking. Donald Trump was over a billion dollars in debt
but he was able to turn his life around by focusing his efforts on seeking
solutions! Now he is a multi-billionaire and with his appearance in the TV show
"The Apprentice" he was able to inspire millions of people worldwide!
Here are words of
encouragement from Desiderate by Max Ehrmann, "...You are a child of the
universe, no less than the trees and the stars, you have a right to be her. And
whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it
should.
Therefore be at peace with
God, whatever you conceive him to be, and whatever your labor and aspirations,
in the noisy confusion of life keep peace with your soul.
With all its sham, drudgery,
and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be cheerful. Strive to be
happy."
If you want to achieve
success, turn your thoughts towards ways and ideas of achieving the success you
want! Apply this powerful universal law which is the Law of Love or the Law of
Attraction. Turn your mind around and focus on the things you want not on the
negative things you are experiencing now because what you focus on will expand!
Focus your thoughts on positive things, people and events and when you do that
you will attract positive things, people and events to you that will help you
get what you want in life!

this book: Dare To Fail by Billi P.S.Lim, it gives lots of hope and inspiration
to those who are experiencing tough times or relationship challenges to rise up
and make the best of their life!
We fell many times when we
were learning how to walk and it is in our nature not to give up and that is why
we are able to walk or else we will still be crawling! It takes courage to go
after your dreams and if you are willing to do whatever it takes ethically to
achieve them you will definitely succeed! Winston Churchill is well remembered
for this powerful advice: "Never, never, never, never ever give up!" Every one
will have problems and challenges in life, it is how you overcome them and turn
these "lemons" into "lemonade!"
Seek good advice from
successful people who have been there and done that and spiritual teachers who
will give you courage and inspiration to make the best of your "failures" and
turn them into stepping stones towards success!

Mother Theresa who had to go
through many hardships and challenges in her endeavors to help the sick and
dying people she sees as "God's children" in the streets of Calcutta, said: "Do
not allow yourself to be disheartened by any failure as long as you have done
your best."
Nelson Mandela was jailed
for more than a quarter century! He did not give up on his life and dream, he
finally became the President of South Africa at the age of 76!
Napoleon Hill, the famous
author of the classic book: "Think and Grow Rich" had his share of hardships and
challenges too and he had helped millions of people to turn their lives around
with this inspirational book, I highly recommend you read it and he is well
remembered for this life-changing statement: "Whatever the mind of man can
conceive and believe, it can achieve!"
And always remember, no
matter where you are or what situation you are in right now, there will always
people who love you and will be willing to help you if you apply this successful
formula found in the good book: "Seek and you shall find, knock and the door
will be opened, ask and you shall receive."
